I'm proud to be the commissioner of this NBA Pickem Tournament. My goal is to create a unique product for friends, family and strangers alike to enjoy as they go about their days cheering for different NBA teams. Finding motivations outside of "the city I was born in" or "I was raised to like them" always make basketball a bit more fun. Read a little bit more about me below

My name is Erik Preuss. I was born and raised and live in to this day Phoenix, Arizona. I have a beautiful wife and two amazing kids at home that make every day a blast. For my professional life, I work as an Analytics Manager at a healthcare company here in Phoenix called HOPCo. Regarding my personal life, I love me some basketball.

I had this idea before the start of the 2022-2023 NBA season to develop a simple sports betting tournament that added a layer of excitement to the regular season. My goal was to create something where the barrier to entry is low - meaning it's a level playing field for everyone from NBA fanatics down to those just starting to watch basketball. Enter the NBA Pickem Tournament.
